THE BASIC PRINCIPLES OF MESECA

A couple of years ago I made this Cornmeal Cornbread that works by using buttermilk.  I tried a Masa Harina buttermilk Variation but didn't see a big variance when compared to the whole milk version.  These golden, crispy cornmeal sticks are a true celebration of flavor, With all the delicate sweetness and savory cheese developing a symphony as
